We have relationships with many of the local senior living communities and can help  identify the right one for your life style.  We provide a customized and, confidential placement service which is free to you.  You don't want your personal contact information circulated around multiple communities so that you receive lots of phone calls from sales people.  We will negotiate on your behalf and likely save you thousands of dollars.

When you find the right place your dedicated Move Manager will move you in - placing your belongings based on a floorplan we will prepare in advance.

Next we will help you work through which furniture and belongings will fit into your new space and ship items to family members, sell or donate the rest.

Your expert real estate team will sell your existing home for the best possible price and coordinate the entire project so you don't have to do a thing.

An ADU or Accessory Dwelling Unit can provide several options for now and into the future.

Perhaps one of the kids lives in it while they are single and you stay in your own home (or we find you a home with a lot suitable for an ADU) if the finances make sense.

We know of clients who have done that and then when the kids were married, perhaps even had children -  and the ADU became too small you swap homes with them and make that your retirement home.  

It is hard for young people to afford a buy or even to rent a home - and it may make financial sense to keep rent payments in the family instead of paying the high rents in the local area - or for you to move into senior living at a cost of around $8,000 a month.  Just a thought.  We can chat about it when we meet.
